We are contactable and responsive to all customer enquiries.  We work with you to allow you to take control of your project and provide the knowledge and experience necessary for you to see it through to completion.  We also provide confidence through ongoing advice and support.  

Many of our customers tell stories of inability to contact sellers, lack of information from supplier / installers, and no support once the job is complete.  We break that model by being contactable, seek to understand your requirements and offer solutions, and follow up with ongoing support.  We think this is a better way.
