What We Sell: Sell electronic equipment and associated licences for the use in telecommunications, security, access control, and Information Technology.

Price Match Policy:  This is a very competitive industry and price should only be one of the factors you considering in purchasing.  We offer industry leading support and assistance which is free to the purchaser but not free to provide.  Please consider this additional value when pricing your purchases.  If you wish to match a price from a competitor please provide a link to the competitors pricing. We will endeavour to match the price where we can, or offer an additional discount where we can’t match but consider the other value offered (support and advice) to be compensatory. Price match will be via a single use, single purpose coupon with 3 day expiry.  The coupon will not be transferable or available for use with other coupons or offers. 

Pricing: Our pricing is as accurate as we can make it but sometimes pricing is beyond our control.  For this reason pricing is subject to change where a supplier increases prices or currency exchange rates cause a price rise or fall.  We reserve the right to refund where we would make a loss in these circumstances and will also offer to supply at cost as an alternative.  Cost includes purchase from supplier, cost of sales (payment processor fees), and shipping. 
Call for price:  Some items are listed as call for price.  These are mainly where we offer products where the supplier prohibits public pricing or the price is subject to the distributor offer at the time. With some professional lines you will not find public pricing available online and we will quote pricing on a project basis.  Pricing will be for all of order including any preconfiguration and shipping and will be supplied as commercial in confidence.  In most cases there will not be free shipping on these orders. 

Our Delivery Policy: Our shopping cart has an integrated shipping quote system that gives the customer the option to select the type and speed of shipment.  In some cases we may utilise the distributors shipping method to ensure faster delivery to your door.  In general you will receive the item within 3 business days of placing your order unless you select a slower delivery method or we contact you to advise delays.  Where we contact you to advise delays we will offer you a refund as one of the options.

Where an item is not delivered we will ask the carrier for proof of delivery.  Unfortunately we are not responsible for lost items once they leave us or our suppliers. 

For large items we will quote for shipping Australia Wide.  This may take a few days as we try to find the best option and this will involve our suppliers in many instances.  Where the shopping cart provides a shipping price that is insufficient to cover the cost we will assess the total cost of sale and honour the price if it will not result in a loss.  Where shipping will incur a loss we will refund the order. Supply chain costs are a significant risk to business post COVID and due to inflation and it is sometimes the case that we cannot meet buyers request based on third party costs.

Free Shipping Policy:  Free shipping is offered on all orders over $600 to customers in Australia (except where an exception is published or the following exceptions apply.  Exceptions apply for locations where shipping charges are prohibitive i.e. remote communities or locations not serviced by standard road on a regular basis or for some trade only product lines where margins do not allow for free shipping.  Where shipping costs are prohibitive we will contact you with a supplemental cost to cover any charges over normal freight costs.  We reserve the right to refund a sale where delivery costs are excessive. Our refund policy: We offer full 12 month warranty and refund as required by Australian law. Return costs are paid by the sender. Refund will be paid on receipt of the item (within 12 month warranty period) which must be in a sellable as new condition including all packaging and enclosures.  We reserve the right to charge a restocking fee of 20% based on condition of returned item and all inclusions including packaging.  Generally items returned for refund will be sold as clearance items to recover costs. 

Payment Processing:

We offer several methods of payment to our customers.  Not all methods will apply to all customers and products with differences based on total order, customer type (guest, member, or trade), and margin.  Payment methods offered include: 

Direct Deposit – Our bank details are supplied with your invoice and we require proof of payment showing deposit to our account to process the order.   
PayPal – Paypal is an international payment processor that allows payment through PayPal accounts or through credit card.  You don’t need a PayPal account to pay through PayPal.  PayPal also offer Pay In 4 as a buy now pay later service.  Please review PayPal terms and conditions available on their web site here: https://www.paypal.com/au/webapps/mpp/ua/useragreement-full 
Active Online BNPL – We offer a payment service through Limepay.  You may use your credit card to purchase pay in full or pay in 4 easy payments.  Maximum payment is limited by Limepay.  There are no fees to the buyer as long as the payments are received within the payment period.  You will receive regular emails advising payment dates if you use the Pay in 4 method.  We do require 3DS payments with Limepay and this will require an extra step in the process to verify your identity – this step is directly with your bank and may require entering a pin code or other authentication processes. Stripe – Offering many different payment options Stripe are one of the biggest payment processors based on sales.  Stripe payment conditions can be found here: Stripe Services Agreement – Australia
WizIt – WizIt is a Buy Now Pay Later payment processor which will process payments up to $1000 on Active Online.  You can choose WizIt on the checkout page.  WizIt is offered as an alternative to other BNPL providers and is convenient for current WizPay customers.  You can find more about WizIt here. 
AfterPay – AfterPay is a Buy Now Pay Later payment processor and will process payments of up to $2000 on Active Online.  You can choose AfterPay on the checkout page and signup or use your existing AfterPay account to process your payment.   You can find more about AfterPay here. 
If you would like to pay using multiple methods eg. Direct deposit for part, BNPL or PayPal for part please let us know.  We are happy to work with you. 

Warranty:  All warranty is on the product only and is on a return to base basis.

Some items list extended warranty in the specifications section of the product listing as supplied by the distributor and this will be processed through the distributor in each case.

Where an item is to be replaced / repaired the distributor will require we raise a Return Authority with them.  The RA number and procedure will be passed on to you and you will be required to return the item to the address supplied with the RA number visible on the label.  The distributor will assess the item and replace or repair under warranty or quote costs for repair for damage outside of warranty.

12 month Warranty will be supplied for products that do not function as described or fail prematurely during normal use within the warranty period.  

Items that are damaged eg. dropped, immersed, have water ingress, struck, or through faults on the power or data network or any other damage beyond normal operation will not be covered by warranty. 

Water damage to any item will void warranty.  The IP rating of items is published where applicable and is usually dependent on proper installation as per manufacturers instructions.  Water ingress will usually occur via cables so all cable ducts should be sealed with silicon, drip loops included on cables, and water-proof connectors used where supplied or required.  Note:  Walls and roof cavities are notorious for condensation as temperature changes and water droplets form on cabling and wick along and into sensitive equipment where drip loops and other preventative measures are not implemented.  This will void the warranty.

We reserve the right to repair or replace the item with another in similar condition.  All requests for warranty or refund will be considered in a fair manner and with good will.

Where a product is deemed unsuitable or not wanted there will be a restocking fee of 20% subject to the condition of packaging, and the product which will be assessed on return.  If the product is not resellable the customer may request it be returned.

Your use of this website and any dispute arising out of such use of the website is subject to the laws of Australia. 

No partnership: While we may propose a solution for a project the onus is on you to confirm all technical details of the proposal to ensure it will meet your local requirements. We provide technical information on listing of every product and answer technical questions and the onus is on you to avail yourself of all information before making a purchase. Our advice and technical experience is offered for free and is not contracted and as such is not refundable or subject to claim.  Where you are unsure or do not have technical knowledge we advise you to seek advice from a third party as good practice. Where you proceed with purchase and later determine the equipment to be not suitable or other associated infrastructure (cabling, power, support work etc) not suitable or available you will indemnify us from any claims from thrid parties, nor will you make any claims  outside of refund of purchase (please see conditions for refund).  We will provide best efforts to assist to find a solution but will not be responsible for costs incurred.
Consequential Loss / Loss: You agree to indemnify us from claims of consequential loss and normal loss as a result of a purchase.  We take caution by providing as much technical information as possible to ensure buyers have every opportunity to be informed and we will not be responsible for loss or consequential loss resulting from the purchase and use of any system sold by us
